About the Job

Cyfle is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects are on schedule and within budgeted scope.
  • Responsible for the financial success of projects, including detailed weekly labor costing and budget control.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with owners and general contractors, and submit project schedules, pay applications, change orders, submittals, approvals, and RFIs.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance the company's ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operation efficiency.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to field and site superintendents.
  • Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Four years of management or engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of concrete construction, documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling, and managing subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Prolog Manager.
  • Self-motivation, effective prioritization skills, and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work as a team.
