About the Job

Cyfle is seeking a highly skilled Construction Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising administrative staff, overseeing accounting and administrative activities, and establishing relationships with banks and other institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including AR, AP, PR, and Job Cost.
  • Provide an efficient team to perform accounting, personnel administration, commercial, and statutory reporting functions.
  • Supervise and coordinate accounting and administrative activities of other project offices as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks and other institutions as required.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual and special audits.
  • Provide support for other departments and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4-year business or accounting degree and 3-7 years of construction accounting experience or equivalent combinations of training and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of standard accounting procedures, company policies, and construction contract requirements.
  • Proficient communication and organizational skills.
