About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our commercial efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to develop and execute a sales strategy that prioritizes revenue growth and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and sales funnel management, including identifying potential customers and nurturing leads through initial stages.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent Quantivly at trade-shows and events, building relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Develop and manage the Go-To-Market strategy with the CCO, including marketing efforts and sales tactics.
  • Build a professional network of key opinion leaders in radiology and peer-to-peer marketing.
  • Present to the board a clear view of the customer pipeline and projected revenues.
  • Set and discuss OKRs with business objectives.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in sales and business development roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
