  • Research client inquiries and bring about timely resolution, demonstrating a passion for serving clients and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Run client statements, tax reports, and ad hoc reports, showcasing proficiency in financial systems and processes.
  • Provide documentation for clients' annual reviews, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage clients' tax payments, annual IRA contributions, and required minimum distributions, demonstrating a commitment to financial expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in finance, with a strong client service orientation.
  • Internship in Wealth Management a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and strong business writing skills.
