Event Staff Manager

The Event Staff Manager position at Legends Hospitality supports the success of our concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations. We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to lead our event staff team.
Responsibilities- Staffing and Scheduling: Assist in recruiting, training, and managing event staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Event Day Operations: Directly supervise event day staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, ensuring accurate counts and efficient restocking.
- Service Standards: Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Licensure: Meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
- Availability: Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as extended hours during events.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
