Hospitality Services Coordinator

This role supports the success of our concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations by leading a team of event staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage event staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Event Day Operations: Supervise event day staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage food and beverage inventory, maintaining accurate counts and ensuring timely restocking.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality to maintain our high standards.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Licensure: Meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
