Operations Supervisor Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key leader, you will support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including supervising the store's crew, assigning tasks, and following up on activities.
  • Effectively communicate with store management and crews to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and promoting a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
  • Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and provide personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
  • Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
