Front Desk Supervisor

Revive Med Spa is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team in overseeing the daily operations of our Med Spa.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to the Med Spa staff, including aestheticians, nurses, and support personnel.
- Appointment Management: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal utilization of resources.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all staff members deliver exceptional customer service to patients.
- Inventory and Supplies: Collaborate with the Retail Manager to ensure adequate stock levels of supplies and products required for Med Spa services.
- At least 2 years of supervisor experience in retail or customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience as an inventory specialist or similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Skilled in using Excel and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- $20-$25/Hour
