Magna International is seeking a skilled Materials Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of parts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily cycle count activity to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain all production BOM's and supplier scheduling parameters in SAP.
  • Analyze customer schedule for mix/volume fluctuation and communicate results to the team.
  • Ensure delivery of supplied parts on-time in the right quantity and approved packaging.
  • Create shipping schedules for logistic carriers.
  • Serve as the primary contact responsible for managing supplier delivery issues twenty-four (24) hours per day.
  • Meet the department's monthly targets for inventory, freight, etc. as defined.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-years of materials management experience, with a preference for tier-1 automotive supplier.
  • SAP ERP experience.
