Project Controls Analyst Job Description

Energy Erectors Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Analyst to join our team. As a Project Controls Analyst, you will play a critical role in the planning, cost control, and management direction of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating contractual requirements, design development, and construction progress.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis and earned value management to ensure project financial success.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project completion.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project controls, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore Project Management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Primavera P6 and Sage 300CRE.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
