Job Overview

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team. As an Internal Controls Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our clients' internal controls and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and process improvement, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective internal controls and A-123 programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective internal controls and A-123 programs
  • Conduct process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on internal controls and compliance
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in change management and process improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
