Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of program requirements and financial plans.
  • Maintain budget tracking at both program and project levels.
  • Support the development and review of budget estimates for new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze resource data, comparing it with historical information to refine current and future resource needs.
  • Evaluate program performance to ensure resources align with goals and objectives, suggesting adjustments as necessary.
  • Contribute to budget exercises and the creation of various documentation for resource submissions.
  • Utilize corporate resource information systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and oversight.
  • Assist in constructing Budget Line Items (BLIs) in compliance with established policies.
  • Monitor fund commitments and expenditures throughout the appropriation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on resource realignments to support program execution amidst unforeseen circumstances.
  • Generate and process various funding documentation for government review.
  • Assist in analyzing the impact of contract changes on program cost and schedule.
  • Support senior leadership with resource planning discussions and decisions.
  • Prepare budget summaries and presentations for management review.
  • Engage in program resource discussions at management reviews.
  • Employ quantitative analysis techniques for trend analysis and reporting.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary.
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI/CI Polygraph required.
