Office Management Analyst

Avint is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and career-focused Administrative Analyst to enhance our team. This role is essential in providing support for various administrative and data management tasks within our intelligence divisions, contributing to the overarching objectives of the Cyber Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update essential information within the Cyber Division's production tracking systems.
- Assess production metrics against the established plans of the intelligence units.
- Maintain and update production data in the Cyber Policy, Intelligence, and Engagement Branch's tracking systems.
- Communicate relevant metrics, reports, and dashboards that require validation from intelligence units.
- Assist in the production and coordination of intelligence unit products and reports, ensuring accurate maintenance of product metadata.
- Facilitate the integration of intelligence products into the System of Records, collaborating with product authors to meet all necessary requirements.
- Manage and update internal documentation such as SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and other materials as directed.
- Engage weekly with the Cyber Intelligence Program Unit and fellow administrative analysts to uphold standardized processes and best practices.
- Organize and maintain electronic data files to support effective data management within the units.
- Assist intelligence units in documenting and organizing action items and responses for various meetings and taskings.
- Support the development of functional requirements documentation for potential data management tools.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of projects and communication strategies related to intelligence initiatives.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of one year of experience in managing and generating reports from electronic data.
- At least two years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- One year of program management experience is required.
- Strong editorial and grammar skills, evidenced by experience in copyediting or formal writing roles.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills through experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with web content management, particularly with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Ability to perform increasingly complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Initiative to enhance personal expertise and knowledge.
