Job Title: Compensation Analyst

Sparks Group is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the compensation team, you will be responsible for managing the annual equity review process, ensuring pay positioning is appropriate for all employees. You will also work on compensation for acquisitions, distribute analysis, and collaborate with other compensation partners to complete the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual equity review process to ensure pay positioning is appropriate for all employees.
  • Work on compensation for acquisitions, including distributing analysis and collaborating with other compensation partners.
  • Contribute to the development of compensation programs and tools, including the Merit Process, Total Rewards Statement, and BetterComp Administration.
  • Participate in special projects and assist with benefits during open enrollment and with acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation or total rewards, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Good communication, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and develop recommendations.
  • Experience working in a large organization and with Government Contractors is preferred.
