About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our key enterprise accounts and driving customer satisfaction and happiness. Your efforts will focus on the continuous growth of our existing customer portfolio and the development of mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Customer Success strategy to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders of our enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with our Innovation Services team to develop and implement customer-centric solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Develop and optimize Customer Success management processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in B2B enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers.
  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a strong affinity for the software industry.
