Home Health RN Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

**Responsibilities**

* Complete comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
* Coordinate patient discharges and provide ongoing care
* Provide skilled interventions, teaching, and other necessary care
* Collaborate with Case Managers to develop care plans and establish goals

**Requirements**

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, in good standing
* CPR Certification
* Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card
* One year of home health experience preferred
