We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Search Analyst to join our team at Heidrick & Struggles. As an Executive Search Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the research phase of the executive recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research to gain a comprehensive understanding of client companies, their industries, and position requirements.
  • Identify prospective candidates through targeted company research, relevant prior searches, and using Heidrick & Struggles' proprietary systems and methodologies.
  • Contribute to multiple engagements, candidate pipelines, and the needs of multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain progress reports/status reports/market feedback reports for presentation to consultants and clients.
  • Assist consultants in writing candidate assessments to present to clients.
  • Support business development activities and pitch preparation as directed.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience.
  • An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
  • Developing and honing skills in professional communications, including writing, speaking, and presenting information in a clear and coherent manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting in executive search, contingent search, or in-house talent acquisition or other industry requiring applied sales and research skills.
  • Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams.
  • Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and synthesize large volumes of information into insights.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and completing high-quality deliverables on time.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, work experience, and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
