Job Title: Analyst

Korn Ferry Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our team in the Washington DC area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading aviation consulting firm that has over 20 years of experience in developing relationships with the FAA, DoD, and airport authorities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate with U.S. military experience, preferably as a Military Pilot or Air Traffic Controller, who has a strong technical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet mutually agreed upon deadlines and ensure accurate analyses and professional deliverables.
  • Work closely with the analytical team to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy, and solutions for complex projects.
  • Analyze airspace height constraints protecting for visual flight rules (VFR) and instrument flight rules (IFR) operations.
  • Create graphics depicting results and implications for the project.
  • Draft technical reports describing the results of an airspace analysis.
  • Brief clients on the results of an airspace analysis.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of U.S. military experience (Officer/Enlisted).
  • Strong analytical aptitude and technical project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Experience in aviation highly preferred (Military Pilot, Air Traffic Controller).
