Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Conflict Resolution to join our team at California State University San Marcos. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity and respect within our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement conflict resolution strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students on conflict resolution best practices
  • Develop and deliver training programs on conflict resolution and mediation
  • Investigate and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with campus stakeholders to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
