We are currently in search of a Construction Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating project planning, execution, and completion activities, ensuring that all projects are carried out efficiently and within budget. This position requires effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project documentation and work packets
  • Manage project files throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Assist in project scheduling and planning
  • Generate routine and complex reports as necessary
  • Coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics
  • Support the project close-out process
  • Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • High School diploma is mandatory
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Word, Excel, and MS Project
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Compensation: $41.35/hour
