Role Overview

Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our clinical services, you will deliver best-practice, quality care to children and families, ensuring all documentation meets established standards.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to address concerns and disseminate information.Develop and implement treatment plans with the treatment team and Clinical Supervisor.Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions and skill-building exercises as outlined in the treatment plan.Ensure compliance with state regulatory bodies and COA standards.Participate in and complete all assigned training and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services discipline and 1 year of experience working with children, or a BA/BS degree with 3 years of experience working with children.
