Behavioral Specialist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team in a telehealth setting. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of problem behaviors
- Analyze behavior data to identify patterns and create effective interventions
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to modify challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and data collection
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that behavior plans are integrated into daily routines
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
