Job Title: Behavioral Specialist - Telehealth

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team in a telehealth setting. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of problem behaviors
  • Analyze behavior data to identify patterns and create effective interventions
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to modify challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and data collection
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that behavior plans are integrated into daily routines
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
