We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Howard Family Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage patient schedules and appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and communicate with patients and clinical staff
  • Process patient payments and credit accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with front office operations and provide support to dental team members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of dental software
