Clinical Director Assistant

Your Mission- Lead our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with expertise and passion, championing behavior analytics for adults with autism spectrum disorder.
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Program Director, offering invaluable support through training, supervision, and staff evaluation.
- Directly engage with adults and their families, making a tangible difference in their lives.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
