Your Mission
  • Lead our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with expertise and passion, championing behavior analytics for adults with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Program Director, offering invaluable support through training, supervision, and staff evaluation.
  • Directly engage with adults and their families, making a tangible difference in their lives.
Your Skills and Talents
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
