Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at CareOne in Randolph, MA. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in managing the care of our residents, ensuring quality outcomes, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
  • Evaluate residents' needs and establish effective treatment plans.
  • Manage and coordinate the supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.
  • Participate in resident screenings, provide feedback to supervisors, and contribute to center-directed processes.
  • Perform clinical documentation and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and participate in in-service training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current and Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations.
  • Prefer experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.
