Your Mission:
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Program Director to develop and implement cutting-edge ABA programs.
  • Provide expert supervision and training to staff, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Engage with adults and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry developments, integrating best practices into our services.
Your Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam.
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA program design and implementation, staff supervision, and training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in ABA services, including CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
