**Job Description:**

Capstone is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Private Equity Sales representative. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in sales to leverage their expertise and drive business growth in the private equity industry.

As a Private Equity Sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to support the growth of our due diligence research product. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and closing new business opportunities through cold-calling efforts, email campaigns, marketing meetings, and referrals.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Capstone's coverage industries and be knowledgeable across a range of topics including investment strategy and regulatory developments. You will work closely with our clients to position value-added services and enhance our market position.

To succeed in this role, you must be results-driven, able to drive business, and exhibit strong and confident interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work in a complex, dynamic environment and manage the sales process, prospects, and clients.

Candidates must have a four-year college degree, high academic achievement, and be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend, and 401(k). The expected base compensation for this role will be $100,000-$200,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission.
