Leading the Guest Services Team:

  • Support the team in meeting performance expectations and provide necessary guidance.

Overseeing Property Operations:

  • Manage operations across departments including Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.

  • Evaluate financial performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement or cost savings.

Enhancing Guest Experience:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively resolve guest issues.
  • Ensure team members adhere to hospitality standards and respond promptly to service requests.

Financial Management:

  • Conduct annual quality assessments and oversee key control initiatives.
  • Review financial reports and performance metrics to optimize departmental profitability.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Engage in recruitment processes and guarantee comprehensive onboarding for new hires.
  • Encourage employee feedback, address concerns, and uphold equitable application of company policies.

The compensation for this role ranges from $63,000 to $76,000 annually. Marriott provides a robust benefits package, including healthcare, a 401(k) plan, stock purchase options, paid time off, and more.
