Job Overview

Salary: $85,000 + (based on experience)

Position Summary:

As a key player in our landscape construction division, you will oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize and adjust timecards for assigned teams
  • Facilitate client interactions, including onboarding, updates, and regular meetings
  • Oversee job execution and collaborate with the Project Coordinator in the field
  • Assist the Production Coordinator on-site as necessary
  • Conduct periodic Quality Control assessments, particularly for large projects
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including obtaining estimates, monitoring progress, and handling invoicing
  • Create estimates for prospective sales and projects
  • Maintain the CRM software pipeline for Sales and Project Management
  • Coordinate and deliver client gifts as appropriate
  • Streamline project management by merging punch-in tasks within LMN
  • Supervise and manage all materials acquired for projects
  • Promptly generate change orders as needed
  • Plan adjustments, timelines, and task lists using Fieldwire Software
  • Prepare and send client proposals
  • Effectively schedule utility markouts

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least three years of experience in landscape project management - applications from those without this experience will not be considered
  • Understanding of proper tree and shrub planting techniques
  • A background in horticulture is advantageous
  • Experience in masonry, carpentry, or pool/spa construction is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must exhibit confidence, motivation, enthusiasm, respect, teamwork, and a positive attitude
