Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at PRC Resources. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing market share for our Audiovisual Division by developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our products and services, including audiovisual technology, videoconferencing, and digital signage.
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's visual collaboration needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
  • Travel, as necessary, to cover sales responsibilities in neighboring states.
  • Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
  • Active and ongoing prospecting in the territory to identify new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement focused prospecting tools, such as webinars, seminars, email campaigns, etc., to increase sales and expand our customer base in the designated territory.
  • Accountability: Strong, detailed sales pipeline/funnel reporting.
Qualifications:
  • The successful sales professional will be highly motivated and have a proven track record of established sales success with customers.
  • 5-7+ years of outside sales experience with at least 3+ years in videoconferencing sales, telecommunications services sales, or AV integration sales is preferred.
  • The salesperson will possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, be organized, and comfortable with online forecasting tools.
  • Direct selling experience in the audiovisual, videoconferencing, digital signage, networking, or video security markets is highly recommended.
Advantageous:
  • Prior AV estimating/installation experience.
  • AVIXA CTS-I or CTS-D certification.
  • Live sound, video broadcast, and/or music production experience.
  • Crestron DM, Extron XTP/DTP, AMX DGX certifications.
  • Crestron, Extron, AMX troubleshooting and/or programming experience.
  • Video conferencing systems experience.
  • Digital signage & video walls experience.
  • Speaker rigging/flying experience.
  • Audio DSP programming experience.
  • PA/bell/clock systems experience.
  • Networked audio and video streaming experience.
  • Networking fundamentals, setup, and troubleshooting experience.
