Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Round Rock, USA. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational core competencies
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
