About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Industrial Water Treatment team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the industrial water treatment market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in the industrial water treatment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, channel partners, and consultants to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide sales training and support to channel partners and consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
  • 5+ years of sales or channel management experience in the industrial water treatment sector.
  • Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications.
  • High energy performer who operates as part of a team and whose enthusiasm inspires and motivates teams, peers, and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving mentality with a can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for a UV manufacturer.
  • Experience as a channel partner supplying UV and other water treatment equipment for industrial markets.
  • Experience as a water treatment integrator in North America.
