Job Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care services to clients in their residences, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care needs.
  • Perform domestic and household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments or hospital visits, ensuring timely and safe transportation.

In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our clients receive high-quality care and support. You will be responsible for monitoring clients' vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns, and maintaining accurate records of provided services.

Requirements
  • A valid state certification as a home health aide and current CPR certification are required.
  • One year of documented experience as a home health aide is preferred, but not necessary.
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with insurance and a reliable vehicle.
  • You should be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the mobility of the client.
