* Develop and maintain culinary standards for new proprietary restaurant brands
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new concept menu selections and culinary training and operational standards
* Communicate proprietary culinary standards, objectives, and goals throughout the organization
* Develop and communicate proprietary restaurant culinary controls and best practices
* Review proprietary restaurant culinary standards with internal resources to gauge financial results and develop strategies to optimize quality and financial results
* Support business goals related to proprietary culinary programs
* Serve as a subject matter expert for all proprietary brand culinary related questions
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in culinary research and development, multi-unit restaurant culinary operations, or new restaurant culinary development
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Strong organizational skills, including experience with menu rollout
* Business acumen and ability to understand long-term implications of culinary planning
* Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams
* Ability to travel up to 70% to airport locations
