Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items according to standardized recipes and production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items using various cooking methods, including baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming.
  • Set up workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel food items as needed.
  • Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
  • Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
Requirements
  • Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
  • Validated knowledge of basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to acquire food safety certification.
  • Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
