About the Role:

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for creating a culture of food exploration and innovation in our kitchens. As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity, working closely with our Executive Chef to develop menus and lead kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Lead kitchen teams to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of culinary, kitchen, or restaurant experience

Salary: $60,000 annually, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
