Job Summary
  • Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews at properties
  • Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients through enhancement sales
  • Complete quality audits and respond promptly to all client inquiries and requests for service

Candidates should have:

  • A valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the company
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Direct supervisory grounds maintenance experience with strong history of customer service and/or account management performance
  • Ability to operate a truck with or without an attached trailer
  • Ability to operate mowing equipment, small mechanical tools (blowers, trimmers, etc.), snow removal equipment and various pieces of landscape equipment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
