Job Description
Summit Health Inc is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Pulmonary Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule will be Monday through Friday with the potential for flexible office hour scheduling.
- Valid Connecticut license is required.
- Minimum one-year experience in Pulmonary is required.
