About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investor Relations Specialist to join our team at Bill. As a champion for financial growth, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors and research analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Relations: Serve as a point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, handling inquiries and coordinating responses.
  • Communication: Provide general administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including managing calendars, processing expenses, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships in order to effectively support IR team and serve as the interface between stakeholders and the organization.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and corporate events, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, and material preparation.
  • Quarterly Earnings Calls: Drive the organization and execution of quarterly earnings calls and processes.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the investor relations database with contact information, meeting details and notes, and other relevant data.
  • Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the Investor Relations section of the company's website.
  • Research and Development: Research and implement investor relations best-practices, including enhancing our IR website and other marketing materials.
  • Vendor Management: Work with IR vendors and manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies in all IR activities.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional working experience.
  • Investor Relations Experience: Previous experience in investor relations, finance, corporate communications, or an executive administrative capacity is a plus.
  • Event Planning: Experience in planning and coordinating events, meetings, or conferences.
  • Logistics Management: Ability to manage logistics, from scheduling to execution, for investor-related events.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the enterprise at all levels.
  • Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion, particularly with sensitive financial information.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Google Suite for email, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
