Position Overview

We are seeking an AIM Registered Nurse Educator to contribute to our mission and report directly to the AVP of Onboarding and Orientation.

The AIM RN Educator will be responsible for delivering educational programs and curricula to ensure that Advanced Illness Management (AIM) RNs possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

Additionally, the AIM RN Educator will assess and refine educational materials to align with the division's strategic goals and enhance the onboarding process.


Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the applicable state(s)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, with familiarity in RN workflow/documentation and electronic health record systems preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Preferred professional certifications include Certified Nurse Educator, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN), or Certified Nurse Specialist
  • Excellent public speaking abilities
