Position Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Educator specializing in Advanced Illness Management (AIM) to oversee the training and development of our nursing staff. This role will report directly to the AVP of Onboarding and Orientation.

The RN Educator will be responsible for delivering educational programs and curricula designed to equip AIM Registered Nurses with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to excel in their roles.

Additionally, the RN Educator will assess and refine educational materials to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to enhance the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state(s)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience, with familiarity in RN workflow and electronic health record systems preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Preferred professional certifications include Certified Nurse Educator, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN), or Certified Nurse Specialist
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
