Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Billing and Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders regarding billing information and use of the internet. Your responsibilities will include providing general billing information, processing endorsements, taking payments, and processing payment plan changes.
As a Customer Service Representative - Billing and Support, you will participate in an up-skilling program to complete GEICO Service Training and licensing over time. This will enable you to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Key qualifications and skills for this role include:
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
$31.76
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location, as well as market and business considerations.
