Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified individual for the role of Demand-Side Management Specialist.

Role Responsibilities: The successful candidate will spearhead the development of customer-oriented load management initiatives. This includes:

  • Conducting comprehensive product and market research.
  • Performing competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Researching emerging customer technologies and their integration with energy markets.

Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in energy management, engineering, or marketing, or those with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include:

  • Understanding of marketing principles and energy markets.
  • Experience in project management and market research.
  • Knowledge of utility operations, including customer service and resource planning.

Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within larger teams. Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities effectively.
