Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a deep understanding of the business functions of assigned systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather information about business processes and user needs, and develop solutions to address day-to-day business challenges.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and design and program small systems and sub-systems of major applications.
- Assist in project management by establishing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and independently manage technical project tasks or small support projects.
- Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
- Stay current on the latest technologies related to Business Application Support and actively seek educational experiences to enhance knowledge, skillset, and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of business system experience, with a strong background in analytical and investigative skills associated with application systems definition and design.
- Previous experience with CPQ, Oracle, and/or SAP is preferred.
- Programming experience is a plus.
