We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Postal Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical support to our mailroom operations and ensure that all mail is processed efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Drive the company van to and from the Kenosha Post Office">
  • Deliver internal mail">
  • Operate office equipment such as postage machines, folder/stuffer machines, Xerox and Ricoh copiers">
  • Sort external/internal mail">
  • Lift boxes of mail and supplies">
  • Empty shred-it bins">
  • Deliver paper and toner, and keep supplies stocked">
  • Provide backup coverage in shipping/receiving">

Requirements

">

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The candidate must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record. Certifiable to operate power equipment is also necessary. Switchboard experience is preferred, as well as the ability to lift 50 lbs and be on their feet for 4-8 hours a day and walk 3 or more miles per day.

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
