Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Provide mental health therapy and psychological evaluations to consumers in various settings, including in-home/community and clinic/outpatient settings">
  3. Conduct assessments for therapeutic needs and develop personalized treatment plans">
  4. Provide individual, family, and group counseling as needed">
  5. Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations">
  6. Understand and respond to all client treatment needs">
  7. Regularly attend clinical supervision with a licensed psychologist and participate in ongoing professional development">
  8. Attend all necessary staffing meetings and provide recommendations as requested">
  9. Respond to requests from Division of Milwaukee Child Protective Services, Kenosha Division of Child and Family Services, or other county entities">
  10. Attend court hearings and present client treatment progress or evaluation results">
  11. Advocate for additional services as needed and complete documentation in a timely manner">

Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Possess a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and be eligible for future licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Wisconsin">
  • Previous experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological/neuropsychological evaluations">
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance required">
  • Possession of an LPC or related training license preferred">
  • Certification as a Psychologist in the State of Wisconsin">
