Professional Services Group and Community Impact Programs are hiring an Educational Support Worker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience working with young people who face barriers to success.
About the RoleThe Educational Support Worker will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide intensive support services and facilitate a smooth transition back into traditional schooling.
The program focuses on students aged 12-18 who are on abeyance or expulsion from their home school.
Main Responsibilities- Support students with their academic goals and develop strategies to overcome challenges
- Provide career guidance and resources to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to ensure student success
We offer a competitive salary of $**58,000 - $68,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement savings plan.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
