Job Title:
Crisis Support Specialist - Mental Health Worker

Description:

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Crisis Support Specialist - Mental Health Worker. In this rewarding role, you'll provide supportive care and guidance to residents in our crisis stabilization program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care and support to residents in crisis
• Admit new residents, complete necessary paperwork, and coordinate medical screenings
• Provide regular bed checks, monitor resident well-being, and arrange emergency care when necessary
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with AODA/Mental Health populations (desired)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documents

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $31,344, based on 40 hours per week at $15.12 per hour.
