Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with employees and management to effectively communicate various human resource policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Source, recruit, and finalize candidates for both salary and hourly positions within the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation and employee check-ins.
  • Act as a specialist in employee relations, assisting in the investigation and resolution of workplace issues.
  • Communicate benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding payroll and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in various HR systems.

  • Conduct monthly attendance and attrition reporting, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide backup support for the HR manager and oversee departmental workflow.
  • Train new HR team members and assist in resolving employee disputes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal HR laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and attendance management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
