Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client-related inquiries.
  • Prepare Open Order Reports and hold regular meetings with customers to resolve any pending issues.
  • Oversee the reordering process for clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, ideally within 24 hours.
  • Assist the R&D Lead with requests for New Product Development.
  • Maintain critical data within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate the approval of artwork with clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure the accuracy of production information provided by clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments as needed.
  • Engage in both internal and external meetings as required.
  • Keep the R&D Lead updated on project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in Production and Laboratory settings.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for the Tri-Pac work culture.
  • Generate Customer-Supplied Inventory Reports.
  • Accurately process customer Purchase Orders.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent computer proficiency and communication abilities.
  • A proactive work ethic, with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing client needs.
  • Experience with ERP systems is essential.
